 Our Commitment: The Free Paint Labor Guarantee

We stand by our commitment to being on time. If our Paint Visit service provider doesn't arrive to begin your single room painting service within 7 business days of the scheduled start time, we will provide the paint labor for that service free of charge.

Here's how it works:

• The 7 Day Window: The 7 business days period begins at 8:00 AM on the next business day following your order placement. For example, if you place your order on a Tuesday, the 7-day clock starts at 8:00 AM on Wednesday.

• Proof of Arrival: Our painters will take a photograph of the property upon arrival as confirmation.

• Ensuring a Smooth Start: To help us deliver on our guarantee, please ensure someone is home and ready to meet the painter at the agreed-upon time. If no one is home or arrives more than 15 minutes after the painter's text notification, the guarantee will be void.

• Lump Sum Contract: By making payment for our service, you are entering into a Lump Sum Contract, governed by Texas law. This means the agreed-upon price covers the entire painting service. While we will always strive to reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent the initial service, the Lump Sum Contract is considered fulfilled once a visit to the property has occurred.
